Vor ein paar Monaten stand mir der Sinn nach Glitzer und Farben – und das ist dabei rausgekommen.

Hier auf einen Blick so ziemlich alles, was ich dafür verwendet habe – Cardstock, Klappkarte, Stanzen, Alkoholmarker, Heat Tool, Embossingstift und Embossing Powder.

Begonnen habe ich damit, den Rand der Vorderseite der Klappkarte mit dem Embossingstift anzumalen. Dieser Stift trägt dieselbe Flüssigkeit auf, die auch in einem Emossing-Stempelkissen zu finden ist – allerdings nicht durchsichtig, sondern hellblau eingefärbt. So sieht man, wo man mit dem Stift schon war. Embosst man dann mit opakem Pulver drüber, ist das Hellblau nicht mehr sichtbar. Ich habe allerdings transparentes (Glitzer-)Puder benutzt, daher bleibt der Farbton zu sehen.
I started by painting die edges of my note card’s front with a embossing pen. This pen applies the same liquid you find in an embossing ink pad – and this particular pen holds a tinted liquid. This way you can see where you already painted/wrote. If you use an opaque powder for heat-embossing, the colour is no longer visible. I used translucent (glitter) powder, so the light blue colour still shows.
Das Einhorn habe ich aus weißen und schwarzen Cardstockresten ausgestanzt, den Regenbogen aus dem Panel.
I die-cut the unicorn from a scrap of white and from a scrap of black cardstock and the rainbow from my panel.
Mit den Alkoholmarkern habe ich die einzelnen Teile des Regenbogens bemalt.
I used alcohol-based markers to colour the individual parts of the rainbow.
Das Panel mit dem Ausschnitt habe ich mit doppelseitigem Klebeband auf die Klappkarte geklebt. Um die Regenbogeneinzelteile anzubringen, habe ich sie rückseitig mit starkem Flüssigkleber versehen und sie dann wieder „eingepuzzelt“. Das weiße Einhorn habe ich (ebenfalls mit Flüssigkleber) auf das schwarze Einhorn geklebt, und zwar nicht exakt übereinander, sondern ganz leicht versetzt – so, als ob das schwarze Stanzteil der Schatten des weißen wäre.
I adhered the panel with double-sided tape to the note card and put strong liquid adhesive on the back of the individual rainbow parts. Then, I put the parts into the cutout, much like a puzzle. Slightly offset, I glued the white unicorn onto the black one (again with liquid adhesive).
Das Einhorn habe ich dann mit Flüssigklebstoff auf dem Regenbogen angebracht.
With liquid glue, I adhered the unicorn on top of the rainbow.
Mit VersaFine Onyx Black und einem Acrylblock habe ich noch einen passenden Spruch aufgestempelt.
I used VersaFine Onyx Black and an acrylic block to stamp the sentiment.
