Meine liebe Bastelfreundin Paula hat mir zu Weihnachten ein tolles Paket geschickt – neben vielen anderen Goodies war eine wunderschöne Folie in Regenbogenfarben darin. Die musste ich natürlich gleich ausprobieren.

My dear crafting friend Paula sent me a wonderful parcel for Christmas – next to many other goodies, I found this beautiful foil in rainbow colours in the box. I had to try it at once.

How to

Ich habe auf ein Stück schwarzen Cardstock Transfer Gel aufschabloniert, das Gel durchtrocknen lassen (wann es trocken ist, erkennt man daran, dass das ursprüngliche Weiß komplett transparent wird), ein passendes Stück Folie zurechtgeschnitten und das Ganze heiß foliert. Onto a piece of black cardstock, I applied Transfer Gel through a stencil. I let the gel dry completely (you can tell that it’s dry once it turned clear after being bright white in the beginning), cut out a piece of foil and foiled everything. Find out here how this works.

Dann habe ich noch einen passenden Spruch aufgestempelt und weiß embosst. Das Panel habe ich dann so beschnitten, dass es zwar genau gleich breit, aber etwas weniger hoch als die weiße Klappkarte, auf die ich es am Ende geklebt habe, ist. Fertig!

I added a sentiment by stamping and heat-embossing it in white. I cut the panel to be exactly the same width but a tiny bit less high as the white note card on which I adhered it. Done!
