Für diese Karte habe ich eine Technik verwendet, die ich von Jennifer McGuire gelernt habe und großartig finde – mit ihr lässt sich nämlich eine optische Illusion erzeugen: Obwohl das Motiv komplett flach ist, wirkt es dreidimensional.

For this card, I used a brilliant technique I learnt from Jennifer McGuire. It creates an optical illusion: Although the image is completely flat, it looks as if it was three-dimensional.

Für diese Technik braucht man nicht viel: Cardstock in einem dunklen Farbton, ein Pigmentstempelkissen in Weiß, eine Dye Ink in einem Farbton, der zum Cardstock passt – und einen Stempel.

You don’t need much for this technique: cardstock in a dark colour, white pigment ink, dye ink in a colour that goes with the cardstock, and a stamp.
